Customer onboarding
Kick-offs and onboarding sessions
Bloomod for customer onboardingWorkshops and training
For trainers, academies and L&D teams running workshops, courses and certification sessions where a confirmed seat matters.
The problem
Workshops are capped. Every learner who registers and does not arrive is a place that someone else could have taken.
Learners come out of an HR system or a sales spreadsheet, and the addresses in those exports go stale quietly.
The session ends, and the certificate, recording or next module goes out days later, one email at a time.
The attendee flow
Training is the format where a no-show is most clearly a loss: the seat was finite, the trainer was booked, and the cohort is smaller than it was supposed to be. It is also the format where attendance is easiest to improve, because learners usually want to be there and simply lose the date.
Bloomod takes the roster however it arrives, by CSV from an HR system or through a registration page, and confirms each address before the session counts anyone. The workshop lands in the learner's calendar with the joining details or the training room, a reminder goes out the day before, and once it is over the follow-up carries the certificate link, the recording or the sign-up for the next module.
Learners register or are imported by your team, and each one confirms their address.
The session lands in each learner’s calendar with joining details or the training room.
A reminder the day before cuts drop-off between sign-up and session.
Responses show who plans to attend, so you can follow up before the session.

Yes. Export the cohort to CSV and import it into the Event. Large files are processed in the background, each learner is asked to confirm their address, and anyone who does not confirm stays saved without being auto-invited.
Yes. The follow-up email carries buttons you point wherever the next step is, so a certificate link, the recording, the slides or the next module all work. You choose who receives it by RSVP status.
Yes, in two ways. A regular pattern can be set up as a recurring series, so the whole course is one object rather than twelve invitations. Sessions that need separate attendance views are better as one Event each.
