Conferences

Every session of your conference, in their calendar.

Give each day, track or keynote its own calendar slot, so attendees always know where to be and when.

The problem

What conferences lose.

  • A program PDF is not a schedule

Attendees have to read an agenda and copy times across by hand, so they turn up for the keynote and miss the track.

  • Nobody knows which tracks will fill

Room sizes are assigned before anyone has said which sessions they plan to attend.

  • One registration, many sessions

People register once for the whole conference, then receive nothing that tells them where to be at 2pm on day two.

The attendee flow

How Bloomod runs it.

A conference is not one event, it is thirty, and the attendee experience falls apart at exactly the point where a single confirmation email has to stand in for a three-day schedule. Each session needs its own slot in the calendar or it is not really scheduled at all.

In Bloomod each day, track or keynote becomes its own Event, with its own calendar invitation carrying the room or the stream link. Attendees are imported once from your registration list and reused across sessions, verified once per Event, and reminded the day before each one they are invited to. Because responses are tracked per session, you can see which tracks are filling and assign rooms against real numbers.

  1. Verify

Import your registration list from CSV, or open a registration page per session. Every attendee is verified once per Event.

  2. Invite

Each session becomes its own calendar invitation, with the room or stream link included.

  3. Remind

Attendees get a reminder the day before each session they are invited to.

  4. Connect

Track responses per session to see which keynotes and tracks are filling up.

Do I have to import the attendee list for every session?

The same CSV can be imported into as many Events as you need, so a single registration list fans out across the program. Each Event keeps its own verified list and its own RSVP view.

Can one conference mix in-person and streamed sessions?

Yes. Each Event sets its own location, so a keynote can carry a room number while a parallel track carries a stream link, inside the same conference.

What if a conference needs more invitations than my plan includes?

Credits can be topped up at any time without changing plan. For sustained high volume, Bloom is the custom plan: tell us about the program and the allowances are sized to it.

Examples on this page are illustrative. RSVP Reporting is included in Stem and available on Seed for $10/month.
