Meetings & webinars
One-to-one and one-to-many, from the same table.
A consultation and a webinar use the same event workflow at different scales. Both use an attendee list attached to the event, both can carry a personalized description, and higher-volume requirements are reviewed separately.

Time zones
10:30 means 10:30 where they are.
You set one absolute start time. Each attendee's calendar renders it in their own zone, and daylight-saving shifts are handled by the calendar rather than by you.
Calendar display and daylight-saving behavior depend on the attendee's provider and settings.

Is a webinar handled differently from a one-to-one meeting?
They use the same event workflow at different scales. Both attach an attendee list to the event and both can carry a personalized description. A meeting goes out immediately to named people; a webinar is batched through the managed queue, and higher volumes are reviewed separately.
How are time zones handled?
You set one absolute start time. Each attendee's calendar renders it in their own zone, and daylight-saving shifts are handled by their calendar rather than by you. Exact display depends on the attendee's provider and settings.
Can the invitation be different for each attendee?
The description can be personalized with attendee details such as name, registration type or session information, so one event can still read as though it was written for the person receiving it.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes, with Bloomod SMTP. It is included in Stem and available on Seed as a $19 a month add-on. Without it, invitations use your connected calendar identity and emails send from Bloomod's domain.
