What each state means.
Accepted
The attendee accepted the calendar invitation.
Tentative
The attendee marked the calendar invitation as maybe.
Declined
The attendee declined the calendar invitation.
Not verified
The attendee has not confirmed their email, so no invitation was sent.
Failed
Delivery could not be completed. You can retry it.
Queued
The invitation is waiting in the delivery queue.
Awaiting response
No RSVP response has been reported by the calendar provider.
RSVP Reporting depends on the attendee's calendar client and provider settings. Some clients report state partially or not at all, so Awaiting response is not proof that an invitation was ignored. RSVP status does not prove actual event attendance. Delivery does not guarantee inbox placement or calendar acceptance. All figures are illustrative.

Does RSVP Reporting show who actually attended?
No. It shows calendar responses: Accepted, Tentative, Declined and Awaiting response. A calendar response shows intent, not attendance. Bloomod does not sit inside your meeting, so it cannot report who joined.
What does Awaiting response mean?
The invitation was delivered and nothing has come back. It is the largest group on most events, because many people add an event to their calendar without ever pressing a response button. Delivery states are shown alongside, so a non-response caused by a failed send is distinguishable from one caused by silence.
Is RSVP Reporting included in my plan?
It is included in Stem and in Bloom. On Seed it is an add-on at $10 a month. The rest of the flow, verification, invitations, reminders and follow-ups, works on Seed without it.
Can I see responses per attendee, not just totals?
Yes. Every summary opens onto the attendees behind it, so you can see which named people accepted, declined or have not answered, rather than only a headline count.
