Community and internal events

Bring your community together.

Meetups, town halls, alumni gatherings and member events, organized with the same care as a business event.

The problem

What community lose.

  • Nobody is paid to chase attendance

Community events are organized around other work, so the follow-through that a business event gets is simply not available.

  • Turnout decides whether it feels worth it

A half-empty meetup discourages the organizer and the people who did come, and the next one is smaller again.

  • The member list lives in five places

Sign-ups arrive through a chat group, a form and word of mouth, and no single list survives to the next event.

The attendee flow

How Bloomod runs it.

Community events run on goodwill, which means the organizing has to be close to free. The difference between a meetup that grows and one that quietly stops is rarely the content; it is whether the people who said they would come are reminded, and whether anyone is building a list that outlives a single evening.

Bloomod gives a meetup the same handling a business event gets, at no cost on Seed. Members sign up through one shareable page and confirm their address, the gathering lands in their calendar whether it is online or in a room, and a reminder goes out the day before. Everyone who attends stays in Contacts, so the next event starts from a real list rather than another round of posting in a group.

  1. Verify

Members sign up through a shareable event page and confirm their email.

  2. Invite

The gathering lands in each member’s calendar, online or in person.

  3. Remind

A reminder the day before keeps turnout strong.

  4. Connect

See who is coming, and grow a contact list you can invite again.

Is this free for a community group?

Seed is free forever and needs no card. It covers the full flow with 2,000 calendar invitations and 200 emails a month, which is enough for a regular meetup, and credits can be topped up for a larger one without changing plan.

How do people sign up?

Share the hosted event page link anywhere you reach members, or embed the form on your own site. You can also add people by hand or import a list you already keep.

Can I invite the same members to the next event?

Yes. Everyone you have invited stays in Contacts across events, so the next meetup starts from the list you already built instead of collecting addresses again.

Examples on this page are illustrative. RSVP Reporting is included in Stem and available on Seed for $10/month.
