Bloomod for webinarsMeetings and consultations
Send client meetings, consultations and review calls as proper calendar invitations, with the joining link where people expect it.
The problem
Copying addresses into a calendar event for every consultation is fine for one a week and unworkable for twenty.
Move the meeting and every attendee has to be told separately, and some of them will not read it.
Replies land in different inboxes, so the headcount before a review call is guesswork.
The attendee flow
A consultation does not need a registration page. It needs the right people to have the right hour blocked, to be reminded before it, and to tell you whether they are coming. That is a small set of problems, and it is still mostly solved by hand.
Bloomod sends client meetings through your connected Google or Microsoft calendar, so the invitation looks like any other meeting rather than something from a third-party tool. Attendees are added by hand or through your event page, only confirmed addresses are invited, and a change made once in Bloomod moves every attendee's calendar with it. RSVP Reporting shows who accepted, who is tentative and who has not answered.
Add attendees by hand or let them book through your event page. Only confirmed addresses are invited.
Invitations go through your connected Google or Microsoft calendar, so they look like any other meeting.
An automatic reminder the day before reduces last-minute no-shows.
Changes and cancellations update in every attendee’s calendar, and responses come back to you.

Tip: Edit the time once in Bloomod and send the update, and every attendee’s calendar moves with it.

Yes. Attendees can be typed in, imported from a CSV file or collected through the public event page, in any combination. The verification, invitation and reminder steps work the same way whichever route they came in by.
Edit the time once in Bloomod and send the update. The change goes out as an update to the existing calendar event, so every attendee's calendar moves with it rather than receiving a second event. How the change is displayed depends on the attendee's calendar provider.
RSVP Reporting shows Accepted, Tentative, Declined and Awaiting response per attendee. It is included in Stem and available on Seed as a $10 a month add-on. A calendar response shows intent; it does not prove attendance.
