Bloomod for company product demosCoaching institutes
Run demo classes, batch sessions, doubt-clearing sessions and parent meetings without chasing students on chat groups. Each class lands in the student’s own calendar with the joining link.
The problem
A link posted to a group is gone by the time the class starts. Nothing holds the slot in a student's day.
A free demo costs a student nothing to register for, so a long sign-up list turns into a quiet room.
Parent meetings are announced to students, who forget to pass them on. The meeting happens without the parent.
The attendee flow
A coaching institute runs the same event over and over: a demo class on Saturday, a batch session every weekday evening, a doubt-clearing hour before the test, a parent meeting at the end of term. Each one needs the same four things, and doing them by hand across chat groups does not scale past a couple of batches.
Bloomod attaches a verified student list to each class. Students register from your website or arrive as a CSV batch export, confirm their address once, and from then on every session lands in the calendar they already check. You create one Event per session, so each class keeps its own attendance view instead of blurring into a term-long thread.
Students register from your website or you import a batch from CSV. Each student confirms their email, so invitations reach real inboxes.
Every verified student gets a calendar invitation with the Google Meet, Teams or classroom details.
A reminder goes out the day before class, so fewer seats sit empty.
Students join from their calendar, and you see who accepted before the class starts.

Tip: Create one Event per class session and import the same batch CSV for each, so every session has its own attendance view.

Yes. Create one Event per class session and import the same batch CSV into each one. Every session then carries its own verified list, its own invitation and its own RSVP view, so you can see attendance per class rather than for the term as a whole.
No. A student confirms their email address once through a single-use link, then receives the class in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and joins from there. There is no student app and no Bloomod account to create.
Yes. A parent meeting is its own Event with its own attendee list, so you can collect parent addresses through a form or a CSV and invite them directly rather than relying on students to pass the message along.
