Seminars

Seminars that fill every row.

Whether it is in a hall or online, collect registrations, confirm attendees and keep the date in their calendar until the day.

The problem

What seminars lose.

  • Headcount decides the room

Seating, catering and staffing are booked off a registration number that nobody has checked against real addresses.

  • A venue address in an email is easy to lose

On the day, attendees are looking in their calendar, not scrolling back through a confirmation from three weeks ago.

  • Registration opened months ago

The longer the run-up, the more sign-ups go cold without a single message between registering and arriving.

The attendee flow

How Bloomod runs it.

Seminars are planned around a number: how many chairs, how much catering, how many staff. When that number comes from an unverified registration list it is not a plan, it is a guess, and the cost of being wrong is paid on the day.

Bloomod confirms each registrant's address before they count, so the headcount reflects people you can actually reach. The invitation carries the venue address or the online link, rendered in the attendee's own time zone, and sits in their calendar until the day. A reminder the day before brings it back to the top of the inbox, and the responses let you size the room against real intent rather than raw sign-ups.

  1. Verify

Registrants confirm their email, so your headcount reflects real, reachable people.

  2. Invite

Each invitation carries the venue address or online link, shown in the attendee’s own time zone.

  3. Remind

A reminder the day before brings the seminar back to the top of the inbox.

  4. Connect

See who is coming and plan seating, catering or breakout rooms around real responses.

Seminars, answered.

Does this work for in-person seminars?

Yes. An Event can carry a venue address instead of a meeting link, and the address travels in the calendar invitation, which is where attendees look on the day. Verification, reminders and RSVP responses work the same way as for an online session.

How are time zones handled?

You set one absolute start time. Each attendee's calendar renders it in their own zone, and daylight-saving shifts are handled by their calendar rather than by you.

Can I close registration once the hall is full?

Yes. Registration is closed from the Event settings, and the public event page stops accepting sign-ups. Attendees already verified and invited keep their calendar entry and their reminder.

Examples on this page are illustrative. RSVP Reporting is included in Stem and available on Seed for $10/month.
