Plan guidance

Which plan should I choose?

Free is a practical operating plan. Business makes sense when events become a regular part of how your organisation works.

Stay on Free when

  • You run occasional events
  • One organiser manages everything
  • Bloomod branding is acceptable
  • You only need occasional extra credits
  • One calendar connection is enough

Choose Business when

  • Events are a regular business activity
  • You want your own sender identity
  • Several people manage events
  • You need multiple calendars or planned API/webhook access
  • You use RSVP Reporting regularly
  • You want higher allowances and lower usage rates

When should I move to Business?

Your business identity

Use your own sender domain and remove Bloomod branding.

Your team

Give multiple organisers access instead of running everything from one account.

Your connected tools

Your usage

Usage add-ons

Need more usage? Buy only what you need.

You do not need to upgrade just because one event becomes larger. Calendar invitations and Bloomod email credits can be purchased independently.
