Approved large-volume Event invitations

A large Event, delivered through controlled queues.

Approved organisations can request higher sending limits for large Events, including reviewed 100,000+ invitation operations. Attendee lists are validated, batched and paced through managed queues; self-service add-on purchases still stop at 10,000.

What the queue does for you.

Delivery pacing

Invites leave in batches sized to the receiving provider rather than all at once. Pacing protects deliverability on the largest sends, which is exactly where a spike would cost the most.

Bounce and retry

Failures are classified, retried under policy, and hard failures added to suppression.

Mid-flight visibility

Watch invitation batches move. Pause an Event send before the next batch if something needs review.

Consent filtering at send time

The attendee list is re-checked when the Event send runs, not only when the list was imported. A suppressed attendee stays out of the next batch.

Reviewed large-volume operation

100,000+ is not a standard plan allowance. Large-volume availability is reviewed separately for approved organisations and remains subject to provider quotas and anti-abuse limits.

Responsible sending

Large-volume access is reviewed separately.

Bloomod reviews the Event, expected volume, attendee source and sending setup before approving a higher limit. Every large invitation operation still requires human review.

  • Organisation and sending-identity review before volume increases
  • Calendar-provider quotas and anti-abuse limits still apply
  • Anti-spam review applies to new or unusual Event operations
  • Registration or consent evidence is expected for imported attendee lists
  • No inbox placement guarantee at any volume

Start with 2,000 monthly invitations. Request a higher limit when needed.
