Write it once. Personalize it per invitee.

The event description is the only place you get to explain why the invite is worth accepting. Templates make that description reusable without making it generic.

Brand

Sender identity controls match your plan.

Seed uses a connected Google or Microsoft identity where applicable and retains Bloomod branding. Stem adds a verified custom sending domain through Bloomod SMTP and branding removal.

Custom sending domains require DNS verification before use. Seed users do not need to verify a custom domain.

What is a template for, if every event is different?

The event description is the only place to explain why the invitation is worth accepting, and rewriting it from scratch each time is how it ends up generic. A template keeps the structure and the tone, and the per-attendee details change inside it.

Can I see how it will look before sending?

Yes. Desktop and mobile previews show the invitation the way the attendee will see it, which matters because most invitations are first opened on a phone.

What can I personalize per attendee?

Relevant attendee details such as name, registration type or session information, so an invitation sent to a list still reads as though it was addressed to one person.

Does the sender name depend on my plan?

Yes. On Seed, invitations use your connected calendar identity and emails carry Bloomod branding. Stem adds Bloomod SMTP, so emails send from your own domain, and removes Bloomod branding from event emails.
